壓皺機(jī)產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
    該起皺機(jī)是根據(jù)意大利技術(shù)，通過我廠工程人員的研究、改進(jìn)而生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備。該設(shè)備可以進(jìn)行布匹和織物的不規(guī)則起皺。并可以對(duì)不同種類、不同特性、不同重量和寬度（500毫米—3500毫米）的織物進(jìn)行連續(xù)起皺加工。起皺的深度和效果取決于此織物在設(shè)備中加工的次數(shù)。同時(shí)，這一良好的效果還取決于熨燙和轉(zhuǎn)移印花整燙等處理。
    我公司生產(chǎn)的起皺機(jī)可以對(duì)未漂白、已加工、已印花和疊層織物進(jìn)行加工處理，尤其是滌綸和混合織物效果更佳。通過在加工過程中對(duì)蒸汽大小調(diào)節(jié)，不會(huì)損傷織物的柔細(xì)纖維和改變織物的顏色及特性。
   對(duì)經(jīng)加工處理完畢的織物可以廣泛的用于各種布匹。且通過熱藕合或壓延將此褶皺定型�？捎梅秶�包括：各種布料、裝飾品、壁掛飾品、窗簾窗紗、窗罩床單、演出服裝飾物、蝴蝶結(jié)、腰帶皮帶，鞋類和包類等。
   此設(shè)備帶有自動(dòng)進(jìn)料、快速冷卻和各種變速喂料裝置。操作簡(jiǎn)單，一般一個(gè)人足以。且設(shè)備性能好，蒸汽和電流消耗量低，很少需要維修。
   此設(shè)備還包括兩套不同的安全系統(tǒng)。一套是機(jī)械系統(tǒng)，另一套是電子系統(tǒng)，兩套系統(tǒng)均可以避免在處理過程中對(duì)織物和機(jī)械的超壓情況的產(chǎn)生。

Product character：

  The machine combines with technology from ltaly,which is self-produced by our technicians.It can deal with random crinkling of cloths and fabrics as well as continuous crinkling and fixation of different features,weights or widths(500mm.3500mm).Depth and effect of wrinkling relies on process times of fabrics,moreover,ironing and transfer printing determine it as well.
  Our wrinkling machine can process unbleached.printed and terrace fabdcs.especially terylene and blended fabric,Regulating steam volume in process will not damage fibe,color and feature of fabdc.
  Fabrics after process can be widely applied to vadous cloths and fixed by hot coupling and calendering.Its applicable scope:cloth decorated matedal,hanging,curtain and window screening,bedspread,adornment,bowknt,belt,shoes,bag and etc.
  Equipped with device for aulomalic feed,quick cooling and variable speed,the machine can be easily operated only by one person.It needs little maintenance for its good performance along with low consumption of steam and power.
  The machine cosists of two different safety systems,one is mechanical system,and the other is electrical system,which can prevent fabtics and machine itself from overload during process.
