Modacrylic fabric is inherently flame retardant (pass EN11612, EN11611, EN14116, and NFPA2112). We are Japanese Kanecaron’s strategic partner because we own three dyeing advantages. First, our modacrylic/cotton fabrics in hivis yellow, hivis orange and hivis red can pass EN20471, GORT-3279 and ANSI/ISEA 107. Second, our modacrylic/cotton fabrics have high color fastness (level 4-5) since indanthrene dyes are used to dye the cotton part. Third, our modacrylic/cotton fabrics have no dyelot chromatism because continue dyeing is applied. As a result, Kanecaron regularly sends technicians to our factory for learning how to dye their Protex better.
